Our Industry Experience


Janine has spent the majority of her career in the Federal Government and several years in the private sector. Prior to the creation of the company, Janine was the HR Manager for a Federal Government Department, and prior to that, NT Senior Development Officer for ATSIC (Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Commission).

Janine has worked in the Indigenous Affairs area in a variety of locations throughout Australia (SA, WA and NT).

As a Federal Government agency manager, she has assisted and coordinated the bulk recruitment rounds at multiple levels to assist and implement the previous Liberal governments NT Intervention Strategy.  Janine has an excellent understanding of working in remote and metropolitan areas, both with indigenous and non-indigenous people.


Annette has spent the majority of her career in the private sector in a Human Resource capacity. Prior to the creation of the company, Annette was the State General Manager for a major international labour recruitment agency. Her role included formulation of strategic business plans, the management of multiple state offices, the coordination of many senior managers within the state network, and the liaison with Trade Union and other industry bodies.
