Quality Management

All Aspects Quality Management Plan is designed to document the information necessary to manage Recruitment & HR Services quality from the advertising stage, through delivery of the placement of the employee. The document of the company quality policies, procedures, processes of application, and roles, responsibilities and authorities.

Induction & Training – All training will be conducted in compliance with procedures. Records of all inductions and training will be maintained in personal files at the main office of All Aspects Recruitment & HR Services.

Job Communication Site meetings such as tool box talks and site briefings will assess all aspects of performance on site to identify areas for improvement and implement improvement activities.

Job Safety – Safety on site will be managed as required.

Control of nonconforming work All Aspects Recruitment & HR Services will conduct weekly tool box meetings on site. If required a corrective action request will be supplied, discussed with the client and if possible rectified.
