Business Analyst – Darwin

Duties:

Responsibilities include:

  • Undertake analysis or regional performance against Key performance Indicators and provide advice on procedural changes as required.
  • Coordinate and undertake analysis of participants feedback
  • Coordinate all site reporting requirements
  • Coordinate internal quality assurance processes including sample audit programs and reports on service delivery quality trends analysis, communities or practice and outcomes analysis

Sills and Personal Attributes

  • Broad understanding and related experience and knowledge in:
    • Data monitoring and analysis especially in the public sector; and
    • Generating reports
  • Experience collecting and analysing data and identifying areas for improvement
  • Developed oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of internal quality assurance frameworks
  • Developed communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain networks
  • Experience working in an environment of change
  • Adaptable and resilient
  • Competency with IT systems

Qualifications

  • Qualifications or experience in data collection, analysis and/or statistic collections
