AO3 Project Support Officer

All Aspects Recruitment & HR Services are currently seeking an AO3 Project Support Officer for a temporary role until 14/12/25 with the possibility of extension.

  • Buderim location
  • Temporary role for approx. 3 months with the possibility of extension

In the role of Project Support Officer, you will utilise a broad range of computer software programs and information management systems and databases to provide support services to project managers and/or team members.

Duties:

  • High volume of data entry and assessment of submissions and images in line with guidelines.
  • Utilise electronic document management systems (EDMS) such as SharePoint, DM and similar platforms.
  • Populate basic spreadsheets and statistical reports to provide timely information and updates to the Project Manager and team members.
  • Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and team members and other administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience using the full suite of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Timely and accurate data entry skills.
  • Manage priorities, meet tight deadlines, and apply attention to detail to deliver consistent quality service with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication.
