Recruitment Officer - Darwin

All Aspects Recruitment & HR Services are requiring a Human Resource Officer to join their clients People & Culture Team. A non-for-profit organisation providing support with services to Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islanders.

-Immediate start in Darwin CBD

-ASO5 $48.52 per hour (inclusive of casual loading)

-6 Months with possible extension

The Recruitment team is responsible for overseeing, leading and maintain the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding, ensuring all vacant positions are assessed for relevance and job design and position descriptions are reviewed and updated in accordance with business needs. The Recruitment Officer will work under supervision of the Senior Recruitment Officer and will provide a high level of business partner support to hiring managers and panel members of allocated vacancies which will include providing talent acquisition advice and strategy to hiring managers and support end to end recruitment campaigns. The role will also be responsible and accountable for the administration and management of the e-recruit system and associated platforms, workflows and data.

 1.         Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring an efficient and positive experience for Hiring Managers and candidates including:

2.         Manage e-recruit system administration as required.

3.         Collaborate with the People and Culture team to build and implement recruitment solutions in line with business strategy that improve quality of service, quality of candidate hires and improved employee experience.

5.         Provide daily support to the broader HR function with onboarding, HR generalist tasks and as requested undertake a variety of HR project work.

Requirement:

Previous experience with HR Recruitment and workplace support/business support in HR Service Area essential.

Experience in managing multiple assignments, across a range of disciplines and levels within tight deadlines.
