ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a passionate and practical Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a community housing program. Working closely with a Program Manager, you will coordinate tailored support for individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness — including those with complex needs such as mental ill-health, domestic and family violence, alcohol and other drug challenges, or justice involvement. You will also mentor and manage a small team of frontline workers, driving person-centred, trauma-informed service delivery.

  • Develop individual support plans using a holistic, strength-based, outcomes-focused approach
  • Manage staffing rosters and support shift cover and staff absences

  • Ensure accurate and timely data collection, case noting, and reporting against funding requirements
