EOI AO3 Administration Officer

All Aspects Recruitment & HR Services are currently seeking expressions of Interest for an AO3 Administration Officer for a temporary role. The ideal candidate will need to be able to manage a large work load, have skills to deal with a sometimes challenging client base, and be flexible with competing demands.

  • Maroochydore location
  • Temporary role for approx. 3 months with the possibility of extension

Duties include:

  • Providing general administrative support and developing and maintaining administrative procedures and systems.
  • Implementing and administering departmental information systems, including those relating to financial, human resource management, correspondence, records management and plant and equipment.
  • Undertaking administrative functions associated with personnel matters and provide comprehensive, accurate human resource information as required.
  • Providing high quality support using a range of software packages and databases to maintain and improve administration processes.
  • Liaising, consulting, and maintaining effective relationships with team members, internal and external customers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Manage priorities, meet tight deadlines, and apply attention to detail to deliver consistent quality service with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication.
  • Are able to demonstrate strong skills, knowledge and expertise in providing administrative support.
