Executive Assistants required for Federal Government Departments CANBERRA

-Past Executive Assistant experience in a government setting

-Be an Australian Citizen

-Commence immediate

All Aspects Recruitment & HR Services requires two experienced Executive Assistants at the APS 4 & APS 5 level to support high level executive officers for two separate branches. These roles are required for a six-month period commencing immediately.

Essential

-Ability to deal with complex issues in a sensitive and confidential manner

-Strong interpersonal communications and stakeholder engagement skills

-Previous Government experience in a similar role is preferred

-Uphold values and behaviours of the Department

Key responsibilities

-Organise meetings and timely management of daily, invitations and appointments

-Interact with stakeholders at all levels in a fast-paced environment

-Problem solve, have flexibility and work independent

-Ensure that all requirements are carried out professionally and timely
