Service Advisor

All Aspects Recruitment & HR Services are urgently recruiting for a Service Provider to work for a well-established company based in the NT, where you will act as the main contact between their dealership and customers. 

• Permanent Role
• Full-time hours
• Salary $72,800 + super 

Service Provider job requirements (but not limited to):

• Building and maintaining customer relationships whilst providing excellent customer service at all times
• Manage the workshop diary and workshop appointments
• Providing quotations on workshop job requests
• Liaising with customers and repairs department and keeping the customers updated with progress
• Coordinate workshop job collections and payments
• Invoice workshop jobs
• Organise and liaise with parts department to ensure timely ordering  and quoting of parts for jobs

What we need you to have to be considered for this role:

• Excellent organisation skills
• Strong administrative skills
• Must be vaccinated against Covid-19 including your booster 
• Technical knowledge of Quad bikes, outboards, and buggies (highly desirable)
• Must be honest, realiable, and trustworthy
• The ability to prioritise work loads
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Work well autonomously as well as part of a team
