HR ADMINISTRATION OFFICER 

KATHERINE - 6 Months 

All Aspects Recruitment & HR is seeking a Human Resources Administration Officer will support the Human Resource team and provide customer service. Other duties will include screening incoming telephone calls, mail distribution, data entry into the personnel database Win HR, updating electronic personnel records and other data management systems and update internal staff contact lists. The incumbent will also be required to provide general administration support to the Human Resource Coordinator and HR Database and Administration Officer.

 Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Under the guidance of the Human Resource Coordinator provide general HR customer assistance
  • Monitor stores in the stationery cupboard and order as required
  • Support the Trainee Receptionist to record incoming and outgoing mail on a daily basis when required
  • Support the Trainee Receptionist with incoming telephone calls as required
  • General data entry of paper-based records to electronic files and uploading into the personnel database Win HR
  • Update the staff contacts list (Share point) as required
  • Participate in staff induction / orientation process – assist the HR Database and Administration Officer to arrange orientation schedules, permits, staff IDs, uniforms and user account (IT) access.
  • Overall accountability of uniform supplies in collaboration with the HR Database and Administration Officer
  • In collaboration with the HR Database and Administration Officer Process Training and Professional Development Applications and assist individual staff with course registration forms and associated documentation
  • Provide administration support to the Human Resource Coordinator as required
  • Other duties as directed
