We now have vacancies for Recruitment Consultants both in our Darwin Office and our Queensland Office

Looking at an early January 2021 start, so if you want a challenge in the New Year - Here you are!!!


We will be moving to a larger office in next few weeks and now want to employ an Experienced recruitment consultant, one who loves meeting clients face to face, is excited about new business and understands the benefits of compliance and using systems.


We have just moved to a new office in Birtinya and now looking for a new consultant / sales person. 

What are we looking for?

  • We have just started using our new cloud based recruitment system and would love to have someone with previous FastTrack experience
  • You must be an experienced consultant who has worked in recruitment for at least 3 years
  • Must understand compliance
  • Must be a team player who works well with our Directors and who understands ATSI culture and policy

As part of a strategic review, we looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to assist with existing clients and bring onboard new clients. We are looking for someone to start in January 2021. Your success will come down to your ability to identify and convert new projects and clients, but also deliver high-quality recruitment services for your clients.

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have Recruitment Consultant experience in the labour hire/blue collar recruitment industry. You will also be able to hit the ground running by demonstrating the following:

  • The ability to multi-task, work to tight deadlines and thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Solid recruitment and candidate management experience.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to build strong connections & provide outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work semi-autonomously as well as effectively within a team
  • Possess a driver’s licence.
