AO5 Administration Officer
All Aspects Recruitment & HR Services are currently seeking an AO5 Administration Officer for a temporary role until 15/10/25.
- AO5 pay scale
- Brisbane CBD location
Duties include:
- High volume mail merge for suppliers. This will be a big piece of work and will require someone with good attention to detail.
- Schedule and set up rooms, confirm attendance, guest speaker, agenda, etc.
- High volume data entry, document management and database organisation.
- Document creation and distribution (high volume).
- Supplier Matrices.
- Ongoing mailbox management
Requirements
- Very strong attention to detail skills. Very good Microsoft skills particularly doing mail merges, document management, excel, etc.
- A self starter – someone who can take the initiative when responding to various emails or requests from the inbox.
- Good written and oral communication skills – be able to pull together meeting agendas and be able to take minutes at meetings.
- Ability to respond quickly and prioritise multiple activities.
- Understanding of Qld Government policies and procedures will be highly regarded.
- The successful candidate will be required to undergo a Criminal History check.
