All Aspects Recruitment is seeking a proactive and reliable Labourer to undertake weed spraying and general grounds maintenance duties as required.
This is an immediate start role, offering 2 weeks of work with possible extension depending on performance, skills, and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Weed spraying and grounds maintenance
- Identifying and managing Mission Grass and Gamba Grass
- Following safety procedures and work instructions
- Completing tasks to the required standard within set timeframes
Essential Requirements:
- Experience in horticulture or grounds maintenance
- Knowledge of Mission Grass and Gamba Grass
- Reliable Transport and Valid NT Drivers license
- Ability to work well in a team and follow directions
- Good work ethic and attention to detail
Highly Regarded:
- Chemical Certificate (desirable)
- Previous weed management or spraying experience
PPE Required:
- Steel cap boots
- Long pants and long-sleeve shirts
