We are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to join a well-established national organisation operating within the industrial asset and remarketing space. This is a relationship-driven, field-based role focused on developing new business and maintaining a strong client base across a diverse industrial market.
The Role
Working as part of an experienced and well-supported team, you will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships across the industrial sector
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities through proactive engagement
- Managing an existing portfolio of clients while growing your network
- Conducting site visits and supporting asset valuations
- Coordinating asset preparation and sale processes to maximise return
- Using CRM systems to manage activity, pipeline, and client engagement
- Staying informed on market trends and competitor activity
This is a hands-on role where success is driven by activity, relationships, and commercial awareness rather than technical expertise alone.
About You
We are open to a range of backgrounds, however you will ideally bring:
- Experience in sales or business development, particularly in a relationship-based environment
- A proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both corporate clients and on-site operators
- A proactive, self-driven approach with high levels of initiative
- Confidence working independently in a field-based role
- A current driver’s licence
Experience in industrial sectors such as plant, equipment, transport, or related industries will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
