If you have past exposure as a Recruiter with full 360 experience; or someone who would love to start a new career in recruiting we would love to hear from you.
Ideally, the role would suite someone who loves working with a diverse range of applicants and clients, building long term business relationships. You will work collaboratively with our Queensland Branch.
About the business
We are a local leading recruitment company located in the Northern Territory, with our head branch located in Darwin CBD. Established in 2011, and work very closely with government organisations, including state/federal/local government, N-F-P's and NGO's including the Private Sector.
About the role
- Co-ordinating/ filling all roles to attract the best candidates
- Short-listing applicants
- Interviewing applicants
- Conducting reference checks
- Arranging interviews
- Onboarding into our system and generating Labour hire agreements and new starter forms
- Maintaining our FastTrack system, updating regularly with accuracy

Skills and experience
Ideally, we would like someone with previous recruitment experience, who understands the full 360 recruitment process, and can hit the ground running, and understand the true meaning of excellent customer service.
