Receptionist Administration Support – Alice Springs, Northern Territory
All Aspects Recruitment & HR Services are requiring a Receptionist Administration Support with our client providing services with NDIS support coordination. You will provide effective, culturally relevant and confidential reception, administrative and office duties for their Regional Office in Alice Springs.

Selection Criteria
- Cert in Administration/Business and relevant experience is highly desirable
- General knowledge of services available to client group with high level of discretion and sound judgement with confidential information
- High standard of proficiency in use of technical and IT equipment
- Well-developed planning, time management and organisational skills
- Cooperative working style and well-developed teamwork skills
- Demonstrated experience working in a busy administration/reception environment with a strong commitment to delivery high quality customer service and skills to effectively use Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrated work experience in coordination and use of office equipment, assets, vehicles and facilities management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
General
- Demonstrated commitment to work respectively and inclusively with Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander (ATSI) and culturally and linguistically diverse people.
- Demonstrated understanding of the issues that impact A&TSI people
- Demonstrated ability to communicate sensitive and effectively and adherence to legislation, policies and procedures and a commitment to EEO, WHS, risk management and quality improvement practices
- NT Working with Children Clearance – OCHRE card
Responsibility
- Greet clients, visitors and staff in professional and respectful manner
- Manage client inquiries and appointments and maintain effective liaison
- Maintain stationery orders and office supplies and other duties as required.
Quality Administration Support
- Maintain administrative and financial system
- Ensure ICT systems are maintained in optimal working order in consultation with the ICT Manager and ICT Contractor
- Maintain effective, accountable, confidential and secure systems
General Requirements
