About the Opportunity
Based in Nhulunbuy, the Office Manager provide vital day-to-day operational and logistical support to the Regional Manager, program managers, and staff. You’ll also be the welcoming face of our integrated client services hub—delivering professional, culturally respectful reception and administration services. From coordinating office functions to supporting data, finance, and community activities, your work will help ensure our teams can deliver high-quality services across the region.
What we are looking for:
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive individual with a Certificate IV in Business or Administration (desirable) and at least two years’ experience in a similar role. You’ll bring excellent people skills, a commitment to quality customer service, and a flexible, team-oriented attitude.
Strong ICT and financial administration skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask, problem-solve, and support a busy office environment. Experience in supervising junior staff, coordinating office assets and travel bookings, and contributing to quality assurance processes will set you up for success in this role.
