Business and Finance Services Coordinator
All Aspects Recruitment & HR Services are currently seeking a Business and Finance Services Coordinator for a temporary role for approx. 3 months.
- $52.40 p/h including casual loading
- 4 day week Monday – Thursday 9am – 4pm
Under the direction of the Manager, this position is responsible for providing high-level business, procurement and budget management ensuring the effective and efficient compliance in a range of services engaging program partners, external financial officers, consultants and internal units and external agencies.
Duties include:
- Coordination of the Program budget undertaking financial processes including invoice processing and milestone financial payments and reporting.
- Undertake purchasing and acquisition (generating Purchase Orders) on behalf of the Program.
- Provide business and financial management services to local coordinators, school Principals and business managers in the oversight and compliance of annual program budgets.
- Coordinate contract management activities such as processing contract documentation, tracking expenditure, monitoring sub-contractor performance and providing updates on contract related issues.
- Undertake project procurement coordination including preparing, drafting, evaluating and negotiating contracts in liaison with contractors, consultants, suppliers and other departments.
- Provide financial and logistic oversight of events managing external contractors and service providers on strict timeframes.
- Maintain professional working relationships with Program partners, agency representatives and Program Stakeholders to ensure high-level communications for the effective delivery of Program Business.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Management or Financial Management or a minimum of 3 years relevant experience covering program development, business/ financial/project / contract management.
- Experience in developing and maintaining practical business systems and processes in supporting business strategy.
- Time management and organisational skills, including a capacity to effectively manage a busy workload, and consistently meet deadlines.
- High level cross-cultural, interpersonal and verbal communication skills with an ability to effectively liaise, engage and coordinate across an array of stakeholders (internal, traditional owners and external organisations) in maintaining established Program Network relationships.
- High-level written communication skills including submissions, business communication and reporting.
- Highly developed computer literacy skills in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs and systems.
- Current C Class NT Drivers Licence and the willingness to undertake occasional remote travel in 4WD vehicles and light aircraft.
- A current Working with Children Clearance Notice (Ochre Card)
