About the Role
As the Resourcing Administrator, you will play a key role in assisting our Recruitment and Operations Teams with day-to-day administrative tasks. This is a dynamic position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front desk and reception cover, delivering excellent customer service to candidates, clients, and visitors
- Support recruitment team with candidate management and general enquiries
- Assist with diary coordination and scheduling appointments
- Manage filing systems and perform photocopying and scanning as required
- Assist with inventory management and office supplies
- Perform data entry and update systems accurately and efficiently
- Support the team with general administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as needed
