Job Title: Resourcing Administrator

About the Role

As the Resourcing Administrator, you will play a key role in assisting our Recruitment and Operations Teams with day-to-day administrative tasks. This is a dynamic position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide front desk and reception cover, delivering excellent customer service to candidates, clients, and visitors
  • Support recruitment team with candidate management and general enquiries
  • Assist with diary coordination and scheduling appointments
  • Manage filing systems and perform photocopying and scanning as required
  • Assist with inventory management and office supplies
  • Perform data entry and update systems accurately and efficiently
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as needed
