Meter Data Provision Officer

On behalf of our Government Client, ALL Aspects Recruitment & HR Services are recruiting for a Meter Data Provision Officer. This role will be offered on temporary labour hire with full time hours available.

About the Role: 
Ensure high-quality data provision and client service for internal and external stakeholders. Work within a multi-skilled team to manage meter reads (cyclic and special), ensuring accuracy and timeliness for electricity and water retailers.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule meter readings across NT, including customer de-energisation and re-energisation
• Maintain accurate meter data in systems
• Meet deadlines for cyclic and non-cyclic activities (special reads, ancillary services)
• Provide responsive customer service and support to team and contractor
• Report issues like meter tampering or hazardous installations
• Participate in reviewing and improving metering procedures and policies

To Be Successful 

• Excellent Data Entry and Accuracy 
• Ability to work toward strict timelines 
• Adapt to new computer software programs quickly
• Prior experience in high level data entry
