Culture and Talent Advisor

ALL Aspects Recruitment are currently hiring for a Culture and Talent Advisor to commence immediate employment with our client in Darwin, NT. 

Start date: asap, for 6 Months.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week – full time, Monday to Friday.

Rate: $79.79 per hour (Including casual loading)

Role Overview:
The Culture and Talent Advisor will lead and support the development and implementation of strategic people initiatives that enhance organisational culture, diversity, inclusion, talent management, and employee engagement. This role ensures alignment with broader People, Culture, and Safety priorities, driving programs that attract, retain, and develop a diverse and engaged workforce. 

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to design and implement people strategies across the employee lifecycle.  

• Strong knowledge of HR disciplines, including talent management, diversity, and engagement.  

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.  

• Proven experience in budget management, event planning, and project management.  

• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence and engage across all levels.  

• Analytical ability to interpret data and inform decision-making.
