RECRUITMENT BRANCH MANAGER – DARWIN, NT
This is an opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager to take full ownership of a regional branch, leading operations, people, safety, sales and financial performance. Reporting to a Director, you will be responsible for driving results while fostering a strong team culture and customer-first mindset.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- End-to-end management of branch operations, including sales, customer service, administration and compliance.
- Leading and embedding a strong safety culture across all areas of the branch.
- Managing, coaching and developing teams to drive engagement and performance.
- Full accountability for branch financials, including budgets, forecasting and cost control.
- Driving sales growth through local market engagement, customer relationships and competitive awareness.
- Ensuring high standards of customer experience.
Your Skills & Experience:
- Proven leadership experience in a branch, store or operations management role.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L performance.
- Background in recruitment, trade, retail, hardware, building products or a comparable industry.
- A results-driven, customer-focused leadership style.
- Strong people management, communication and organisational skills.
- A demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Sound computer literacy; leadership qualifications are advantageous.
