We are seeking an Engagement Adviser to play a key role in connecting communities, organisations and stakeholders with meaningful opportunities.

About the Role

  • Provide clear, practical guidance on funding opportunities and processes
  • Support communities and organisations to understand and engage with investment and grant programs
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings and engagement activities

About You

You bring a strong understanding of working with Aboriginal communities, alongside the ability to think practically about outcomes, funding, and impact.

You will bring:

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Experience in community engagement, program delivery, grants or similar environments
  • The ability to apply sound judgement when discussing funding, opportunities and priorities
  • A level of business or commercial awareness, with an understanding of how programs translate into real outcomes

  • Understanding of the Northern Territory context

Requirements
