Human Resources Business Partner

(6 month – Temporary)

All Aspects Recruitment & HR are seeking applications from experienced and professional Human Resource candidates who can provide a quality client focused human resource service to support our client’s managers and employees in delivering on corporate objectives. 

Key accountabilities include:  

  • Carry out duties in accordance with our client’s safety, environmental and quality policies, safety principles, corporate values and strategies.
  • Provide advice, support and coaching to managers and staff on a range of employee related matters including recruitment and selection; job design; training, workforce development; succession management, cultural change and management of performance and behaviour issues to enable the achievement of corporate objectives.
  • Lead and manage HR related projects including development/facilitation of workshops, HR resources to assist managers, review of HR processes to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Active contribution to a constructive organisational culture.
  • Participate in HR Operations planning processes.
  • Coordinate the provision of services by outsourced/contracted providers where required.

Selection Criteria:

Essential

  • Proven ability and experience as an HR professional delivering human resource services, advice and coaching to clients.
  • Client focussed with the ability to communicate and work effectively with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
  • Personal attributes that support self-management in a busy operational work environment.
  • Well-developed analytical skills to support effective delivery of HR consultancy services.
  • A working knowledge and understanding of employment legislation and other related legislation within the HR environment.
  • Knowledge of Work Health and Safety policies and procedures and a commitment to safety.

Desirable

  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or similar
  • Proven experience providing HR services in the utilities industry
