CDP Site Manager
All Aspects Recruitment & HR Services are currently seeking a CDP Site Manager for a Permanent Position based in Melville Island NT.
- $90K plus accommodation and salary sacrifice.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in employment services in remote service delivery or similar setting.
The CDP Site Manager is responsible for providing leadership of Employment and Activity Services, and supporting the teams at to achieve their objectives. The role ensures quality services to Job Seekers and employers in accordance with the CDP contractual obligations. The role is required to support the allied programs of School Nutrition Program and Remote School Attendance.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead and achieve social and economic outcomes in accordance with the values and Strategic directions using service delivery models that are compliant with the CDP Funding Agreement
- Work closely with the CDP, SNP and RSAS teams to create a high performing culture that supports the needs of both the clients and the local labour market.
- Build and sustain links with local employers to understand and respond to the skills needed to meet the local labour market. Ensure all requests to source employees is responded to promptly, professionally and to the highest level of quality.
- Work with stakeholders and host organisations to identify participation opportunities
- Have and maintain a high level of knowledge of the CDP Guidelines, including updates and transfer working knowledge to the employment services team.
- Undertake one to one mentoring and training support with all staff to ensure quality service and meeting performance expectations.
- Monitor compliance of all programs in accordance with their set program Guidelines.
- Contribute to the ongoing continuous improvement of the programs, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and ethical. Continually reviewing performance and implementing new strategies where required.
- Maintain frequent communication with the CEO and other key staff, including the required record keeping to ensure adequate data to ensure the company meets performance review requirements.
- Maintain a high level of culturally appropriate interaction with participants and all members of the community.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years’ experience in employment services in remote service delivery or a similar setting.
- Excellent knowledge of the Community Development Program contractual requirements and guidelines.
- Leadership skills and the ability to support, train, influence and motivate a team.
- Highly technical ability and working knowledge in the Employment and Community Services Network (ECSN)
- Current NT Ochre card (Working with Childrens)
- Undertake relevant training/development where required.
- Ability to work and live in a remote community.
- NT Current Drivers Licence or the ability to obtain.
